Im reviewing for upcoming NCLEX.  I am a little bit confused. 

Can I put a post-hip surgery patient in high fowler's position during feeding?

I read this from a reviewer, their answer is yes. But I think that is not right. Maybe it is just a typographical error.

Are all hip surgery regardless of the type as long as it involves the hip strictly can not be flexed or positioned to high fowler's?
