Forgive me, but your run-on sentence is a bit confusing.  Translate this for me "is it legal to out hourly employee on call" and maybe I can respond better.  And you say "i am not part time i only work when i want too".  This could use some more explanation.

i am an hourly employee i work 3 days a week  my choice ,amedysis has said we all need to pull 5 days on call so like a week of life is lost, I cant see how this can be manditory for someone who works   less than part time ?  And for this they will pay us 15 dollars  a day ? cant be legal to mandate this

Your  employer should have been very clear on the requirements and expectations of your position when you were hired.  They need to provide you with a copy of the policy that concerns call-time.  If policy covers what they're asking you to do, they're covered.  If policy does not support it, they really don't have a leg to stand on.  You may need to update your resume.
