I  dont want to take Philippine local board exam, I would rather Take ENCLEX instead, Im a newly graduate  from BSN here in the Philippines and love to go to USA to serve as a nurse, if I pass the state board. I want to know if all states in US require ENCLEX? PLEASE GIVE ME IDEA. thanks.
