Posted 4 months ago I am just curious if anyone would be willing to share salary information regarding nursing faculty positions. I am aware there is a shortage not only regarding nurses, but there is also a shortage of nursing faculty mainly due to salary differences in clinical practice versus nursing faculty. I welcome your responses and would really appreciate the information especially if you live and work in Nevada. Thank you. |

| Posted 4 months ago There is a shortage b/c the pay STINKS. A new grad RN, (an ADN) will make more just out of school than an insturctor. Ginny |

| Posted 4 months ago I understand that it "stinks". I am aware of the issues. I am looking for information regarding actual salaries. I am in the process of a market research study to improve salaries of nursing faculty here in Nevada.
