Posted over 5 years ago I am an international student, with a Masters degree in Finance (from a US university), and I am have been accepted into an ADN program for this coming Spring semester. I am somewhat concerned though, as to whether or not I will have a job when I get done. Are hospitals willing to sponsor me? |

| Posted over 5 years ago Don;t worry you will have a job. Yes hospitals will pay for school, usually one semester per year you have to work for them after you graduate. Look at teaching hosptials. Also I belive the VA offers an option like this va.gov . With the VA they have jobs all over the country, I met many international Dr's who received citizenship by working for the VA, not sure if it is the same for nurses. You will usually have to take the pay and floor they offer after graduation for the time agreed upon. Some have the option to pay back in money if for some reason you are unable to fill the time obligation. |
