I just wanted to know beforehand how long it takes before your Authorization to Test (ATT) expires.  I don't want to apply too early and then rush myself before my ATT expires.  Thanks.

You have 1 year from the time you receive your ATT to test .  The validity dates will be on the ATT.  GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You have 1 year from the time you file with your state and you application is approved before it expires  but I believe the ATT is only good for 90 days from the date on the ATT.

Dear it depends on the State in which you apply to.  I have known places that only allows 3 months. Please do your research concenring the State of interest.

I am looking at an ATT letter for LVN and in California, it shows that you have 6 months from the time you receive your actual ATT letter.

I suggest you contact Pearson Vue or your state board of nursing to make sure you get the correct information. Each state is different!
