Posted almost 4 years ago OK, the low glycemic lifestyle combined with excercise and healthy multivitamin was used by Ray Strand, MD in clinical trials. He wrote a book called Healthy for Life. The lifestyle is to be healthy. Weight loss is a side effect. My side effect has been 21 pounds so far, and I feel great. Just wanted to share! Joyce Harrell, RN, OCN

| Posted almost 4 years ago Congratulations!! Beautiful "side effect" LOL. I would find it very hard to get away from the foods that would be off that list. Hats off to you and to keeping it going!! :) |

| Posted almost 4 years ago The reason it is difficult to cut these foods out, is that most people have an addiction to the bad carbs. With what I do, you don't get hungry, and you bust that craving within the first week or two. Joyce Harrell, RN, OCN
