Schwarzenegger sweeps out nursing board

Posted almost 4 years ago On Monday, Gov Schwarzenegger replaced most of the members of the CA Board of Registered Nurses. He cited "the unacceptable time it takes to discipline nurses accused of egregious misconduct," according to the LA Times. He fired 3 board members, including the president, and a 4th resigned. Members were laid off because of a published report that said the board took an average of 3 years and 5 months to investigate complaints against nurses. What do you think? Did Schwarzenegger make the right call? |

| Posted almost 4 years ago wow! If it takes that long, then yes, I think he did the right thing and made that right call.....too many nurses are getting away with things that they shouldnt |
