Posted over 5 years ago The Dakota Indians of North America passed on this piece of wisdom from generation to generation by word of mouth: "If you are riding a dead horse, the best things to do is dismount." In the corporate world, other things to be tried include the following: Change riders Appoint a committee to study the horse Arrange to visit other sites to see how they ride dead horses Change the form so it reads, "This horse is not dead." Hire outside staff to ride the dead horse Harness several dead horses together for increased speed and efficiency Donate the dead horse to a recognized charity and deduct its full original cost Declare that the dead horse has lower overhead, and is therefore most cost-effective and of course, saving the best for last: Promote the dead horse into a management position Can you see how all of these directly relate to the medical field?!!!! Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, martini in the other, body thoroughly used up, worn out and screaming "Woo-hoo"!!! |

| Posted over 5 years ago I get the joke but I see only 2 that might be used. What good is a dead horse to anybody except a glue factory? |
