I cannot believe the rampant anxiety attacks going on in here.

Guys, get a grip.  Can you not see you are only making your own anxiety work by fretting about this "trick?"

Maybe things were better when you couldn't look up your results online, and just had to wait for the envelope in the mail.

Hi all!! so i just took my boards yesterday. I left the center feeling like an absolute failure. I felt the questions were beyond hard. My computer shut off right after my 85th question, I just know I failed and have accepted that and have begun to study for round 2.

Anyway I tried the "trick" and I get the pop up telling me to contact the BON because I have recently tested.

With that being said I still feel like I could have not have done worse on the test. So for all the sceptics if I fail I will put up a post, which will prove the trick wrong.

 I took the NCLEX-PN yesterday, after 1h17m computer turned off in 85 questions, 3 hrs later, seen delivery successful, tried the trick and got the "passed" message. Hopefully this thing is right... I will be PO'd if I didn't pass after getting nothing but A's in school and a 99% on the exit HESI and studying like a madman for the NCLEX.

OK WORLD!! The Pearsonvue Trick worked for me!!  Tested yesterday morning, did the Pearsonvue trick yeasterday afternoon and got the funky error message, and today I have an RN license number on the Indiana State Board.  Rock on!!

YES PEOPLE BELIEVE IT!!!!! I took the test tuesday (2/9/10) along with several classmates 6 of us passed and 4 of us failed. we all did the trick and it worked for all of us. when i got the credit card menu, i cried up until today. then i re-registered.... I can re take the test in 45 days. Its good to know that the trick actually does work. I also called pearson vue and they lied and told me that the system is not always correct! I dont know why I expected them to tell me the truth, because if the word gets out that the glitch in their system could give you an instant pass or fail, they would loose out on the money they charge for instant resulting.

Posting to share my experience. I believe in the person vue trick. It is 99% accurate from my own experience. If person vue does not make you pay to schedule another exam, that means you passed. However, if it makes you pay with a credit card to schedule another exam, that means you failed. Believe in it becuase it is true.

I belong to another nursing support group that has talked on this topic at length for years.  Over 3,000 nurses have done this "trick" and not one has gotten a false positve or negative.  If you get the popup that says "OUR RECORDS INDICATE THAT YOU HAVE RECENTLY SCHEDULED THIS EXAM. PLEASE CONTACT YOUR MEMBER BOARD FOR FURTHER ASSISTANCE. ANOTHER REGISTRATION CANNOT BE MADE AT THIS TIME" then it seems it about 100% postive that you have passed the NCLEX. (this is because there is no reason for you to register again if you already passed.  If it allows you to get to the credit card screen ( no you do NOT have to put your info into this, it's only if you get to this screen) then you have not passed and they are allowing you to reregister for the NCLEX.  A "trick" for sure but with over 3000 nurses doing this, i'm pretty sure it's accurate. 

BTW i am currently awaiting my results and i used this and according to it...i've passed.

hi everyone just wondering yesterday took my boards NY and I am trying the trick and i get the message to contact the boards.. Friday is the official day to pay with the credit card.. So what are the chances that i passed or is this really for real.. I have yet to sleep wondering.. nerve wrecking. please if some one can respond will apreciate it.. It would be awesome.!!

This trick is true. It works by pearson blocking your ATT if you passed. That way you cannot re-register for a passed exam. i just got my results and i passed!! 100% True! Also a tip that may help. I took my test in fl. the day after my test i went to this link to DOH and checked my status and it said passed. I took the NCLEX PN yesterday in Anaheim Ca.. stopped at 85 questions and feel horrible about it! I feel like I pretty much guessed at every question. I tried this "trick" and got the good "pop up" I want to believe :)

I feel like everyone here needs to go to the psych ward and cool off. You took the test, now go to your favorite bar and order a pina colada. The hard part is done. Relax. Take the stick out of your ... and chill. Feeling awful after the NCLEx is normal. If nursing school didn't teach you about failure, and yes sometimes people fail, take a breath, drink your pina colada and get back on the horse and do it again. After reading some of these comments, I'm think some of these nurses need to learn some techniques to calm their anxiety. 

Since this forum is dedicated to the PearsonVue trick: A majority of test takers who have passed said they received a pop up notice denying the ability to sign up to retest. If a majority of test takers who have passed received this notice, the PearsonVue trick is TRUE. 

PearsonVue is under contract with each state to supply the tests. The states make money for giving early results and therefore don't want to verify this trick. California does not offer quick results. For California takers, this the only way to get quick results for your test. 

I was stalking the Pearson Vue webpage for my results, and much to my suprise they were available today and I PASSED!!!!  Perhaps the trick really works ;)

Okay so I tried this trick and I got the "good error" message! I don't want to get my hopes up so I really hope you guys r right!! I am so nervous!!

By the way did everyone wait 48 hours to get the "quick results" or has anyone gotten them sooner. I still don't 100% trust the trick because I feel like I didn't answer one question right! :-(

I recently took the NCLEX RN exam on July 10th. I had tried the trick after my results were "delivered successfully" or whatever so that the results were in. I was unable to register after trying to schedule another exam like I would if I failed under the same account I used before.

I was not allowed to continue and got the "good" pop-up. I still felt terrible and anxious since I doubted that the trick would be accurate. On Monday evening I got my quick results and saw that I passed the exam. The trick worked in my case. Good luck with the exams!

 Hello all, 

 I would like to start by saying I did not pay!!  I am not posted to the NYS website which is really sucky.  BUT, today 7/13 when i got home there was a letter that I was terrified to open.  It said:

I PASSED!!!!

That letter is a NCLEX-RN CANDIDATE REPORT.  It has a picture of me and everything.  Pearson Vue would NOT allow me to reregister.  I'm soo happy.  That made my evening.  I was really sad when I got home.  I work as a Nurse now in a hospital and sometimes its so hard starting over and meeting ppl. This information has renewed my confidence and warm spirit.  If Pearson Vue does not allow you to reregister it is definitely a good thing.  And, I'm happy to know that I can wait a week.
