That sounds really funny to me.  I would call whoever I had to in order to find out if you passed.  I am sure you did!

I recently took my test on 7-9-09 and still haven't seen my name on the BRN license verification website.  I tried the pearson trick and tried re-registering and the box popped up and read " our records indicate that you recently tested. Please contact the BRN".  It has been 8 days since i tested !! even though this box popped up... i still feel nervous because its taking so long.  Some of my friends received their results in 3-4 days!! I am in california and the board doesnt participate in quick results.  Should I be worried??

I took my nclex-rn exam last july 15. i am very anxious and frustrated right now. Would you tell me how to do that trick please. does it really works here in cali, 100%? how come it says in pearsonvue that cali doesnt participate in quick results. i am very frustrated.let me know.ty

 you can log on the Pearson Vue and try to register again to test with your user id and password (no specific timeframe after). The trick is if it doesn't allow you to register for another test and gives you an error to call your state boards then you passed HOWEVER if it allows you to register to the point you have to put in your card info, you FAILED! (supposedly) So far everyone that I know including myself, that has tried this trick and got the error to contact their board HAS PASSED.  GOOD LUCK TO YOU!!!!

All the people from my college that tried the trick and got the error page passed the NCLEX.  I know that when I took my test on the 15th I was a complete mess.  When I tried to re-register through Pearson Vue and got the error page I was able to take a deep breath and relaz a little.  I don't know if the trick is real or not, but it did help me calm down.  Good luck to all of you taking the test and waiting for results.

I took the NCLEX-RN on Friday, the 17th & passed. I don't know what trick you all are talking about but I went online after 24 hrs & paid a fee of &7.95 to receive my results. I passed

I just tried doing that trick but got the same msg as you but then again I just took it yesterday lol.  Well... I guess I'll just keep grinding my teeth!  Good luck anyway!

 Not true, supposedly if you can get to put in your card info then you failed. I have yet to hear of anyone that knows anyone that failed and tried the trick. If anyone knows somebody that failed and used the trick please tell us if you got to the page where you can put in the payment info or you got stopped before that page and given the same error that everyone has been getting. 

Update: Well, I tried the trick again and this time the error message said that I needed to contact my state boards. Goodness, I hope that means that I passed. It's been over 36 hours and I'm chomping at the bit to find out :-)

Hi RN_Nancy. i took my exam in CA on friday 7/31. I also tried the pearson vue trick and it's giving me the same "test results on hold" pop-up. It's been 4 days since my exam and the pop-up hasn't changed. Was wondering if you got your BRN verification results yet. I'm just really worried that my test results are on hold because they are verifying it by hand meaning i didn't pass. Did your message eventually change to the "contact board member message"? I know my file is complete because it's my 2nd time taking NCLEX and when I tried the pearson trick, I made sure my delivery status said successful.

I took my NCLEX yesterday and I'm wondering if this trick works.. I left the test center crying because I tried sooo hard and was in there forever!! I tried the Pearsonvue trick, but got this pop-up

"TEST RESULTS ON HOLD. A NEW REGISTRATION CANNOT BE CREATED AT THIS TIME".

*What does this mean?? Does this mean I failed? How often do I need to check for another Pop-Up update? I can't sleep/eat and I'm stressing out. Its the worst feeling ever...

To my understanding, if it lets you register with your cc info., then you FAILED. Error message before the cc info: PASSED.

On another note, I just got my license in the mail yesterday. It's pretty shocking to see REGISTERED NURSE on the same paper as my name. This is all very surreal. However, so awesome! :-)

To those waiting for results...do whatever relaxes you. Everyone is different, but distractors are key when waiting.
