Does your employer offer paternity and maternity leave? I feel so lucky to have been offered 8 weeks of paternity leave. I'm on it right now and it's great! I love having all the time to bond with my daughter and I think my wife likes having a break (she went back to work). I miss my residents, but I wouldn't trade this time for anythign! I dont' even mind a dirty diaper or two (or three or twleve!!!)
