Posted almost 4 years ago Hi!
My name is Kimberly Becker, 20 yrs old, in the US Army right now. I am originally from TX, stationed out of Fort Campbell, KY.. and currently deployed to Afghanistan. I am not staying in the army as a career, as soon as my contract is up... I'm out. I am going to use my GI Bill, and move to NY for college. While there, I am considering majoring in nursing. I guess I am a little anxious about it because in school, I didn't do my best.. slacked off I guess and I made A's and B's.. plus math is not one of my strong subjects.. english, history and government is.. I was just wondering what y'all thought about the training and everything..I have taken the combat lifesaver's class, given at least 5 or 6 IV's while I have been in the army, but I'm sure that is nothing compared to what I am going to be learning. Any advice would be helpful..Thanks! |
