Posted almost 4 years ago well I know its not a easy fix with all the nurses getting ready to retire but fixing staffing shortages would help with the quality of care given to patients and the delay in how long it takes to treat and diagnose. Now dont get me wrong 98 percent of the nurses I have ever come in contact with at the hospital are awsome, but there are a small percentage with bed side manners of a cement block Becky Swannack |

| Posted almost 4 years ago more help...I know hospitals want to save money by cutting back hours, but we need to focus on saving lives. More staff would help in getting patient care in tip top shape. I don't think hospitals are willing to hire the help needed. It is sad but true. A good man loves other. A better man loves God. A great man loves God and lives well among others! I miss you daddy!

| Posted almost 4 years ago How about ACTUALLY listening to patient's concerns or complaints and acting on them. We have a BIG problem with that at our hospital. The staff kinda get wrapped up in what they think should be a concern and not what the patient is actaully concerned about. |

| Posted almost 4 years ago How about hiring LPN's to pass the P.O. meds, give IM injections, do treatments and generally assist thre RN's with anything they need help with? The hospitals are too cheap to ever do this............................... |
