Posted almost 4 years ago As a second career new nurse, I have many years of experience in another industry. What experiences should I highlight to increase my chances of landing a great 1st job? |

| Posted over 3 years ago Some food for thought on your post. Your first page has to say it all of your resume. Example working well with others. On time to work. Not habitual in calling in. Your hearts desire to help people on why you choose this profession. Even after a perfect resume and recieving the dear JOHN letter that we will keep your resume on file may require weekly visits. I speak from experience. St. Joseph's Hospital in SyracuseNY did this to me. After 4 weeks of returning to human resource they called me for an interview. 4 days later they phoned me and offered me a position and I have been there for 5 years. So GO and good luck |
