So when George Clooney went to a hospital and a bunch of employess looked at his records they were disciplined. (Rightfully so)  But after both Anna Nicole Smith and Micheal Jackson died we heard detailed accounts of their medical conditions, and in particular the drugs found in their systems.  Does health privacy not extend to your death?  Or did the next of kin for these celebreties sign away their rights?  Does any one know?
