I'm interested in the same field!  I believe (I 'm not sure because I'm still a student myself) but I believe to specialize in a field you must have a BSN and then gain a certain amount of experience in that area and I think that there is certain training that is needed once you reach your BSN and are hired.  You can Google it and there are alot of sites out there that describe the best ways to go about becoming specialized in a field.
