Hi!  I am a new Grad RN in Southern California and I am having trouble finding a job.  What type of nursing has the greatest nursing shortage?  I will work anywhere that I can get a job... mental institutions, prisons, skilled nursing, rural....anything!  Where do I have the best chance of getting hired with the least amount of competition?

Please help :)
