Dear Friends, help me out please????

Anyone suffering from a skin disease called syringoma?!

I have terrible syringomas on my face and i have noticed they have multiplied so fast this fast few months!

What is the best possible treatment since i heard there is really no guarantee that it will completely be eradicated.

Any topical treatment you can suggest?! Any suggestions are greatly appreciated, thank you!

I would go to a dematologist.. I don't think it is a good idea to get medical advice in a forum..

I actually went to a derm clinic already, they gave me a whitederm cream to put on the syringoma, but that is just to flatten them but not actually solving the problem, it is still there, and that frustrates me, and worst it coild continue to multiply! how's that?!

I started reading and searching  the internet, it says CO2 laser is good, but still doesnt offer 100% solution to the problem, it might comeback after a  certain period of time. It is so frustrating aesthetically speaking
