I did my ACLS recert at home on my computer with the AHA ACLS CD...... here is a tip I would like to pass on and it will save you a LOT of time....

During the scenarios you use the ACLS protocols to treat a variety of dysrythmias and conditions...... once you have treated them and you are in some sort of stable rythym... NSR, 1st or 2nd degree block..... and you have a BLOOD PRESSURE.... regardless of how low.... hit the TRANSFER TO ICU button.....I sat here treating hypotension with no success and would eventually fail the module..... once i figured out this trick I was golden.

I was thinking in what alternate bizzaro universe I could transfer  a post arrest truama patient from the OR to the ICU with a blood pressure of 60/40 without being eaten ALIVE by the ICU attending....
