Posted over 3 years ago Hi I'm a former LPN currently in the process of reactivating my license and preparing to take a refresher course after that. I never really practiced much before I left the field so I'm excited about heading back to the field after many years away. I'd love to hear from anyone who is currently in a similar situation. |

| Posted over 3 years ago Good luck, and if it works out maybe consider a move to RN or more. I know in Ohio they seem to be boxing in LPNs for whatever reason.
