Posted over 3 years ago I was reading the posts in the "pre-nursing students, what classes are you taking this semester" discussion, and wondering are Medical Assistants considered inferior to other nurses? Because my classes aren't as hard as most of yours. Will I be able to advance in this career field? Will I even be considered a "real nurse"? I would appreciate some feed back on this topic. God only gives us what we can handle. |

| Posted over 3 years ago No, the institution did not tell me I would be a nurse. I happen to like and respect the online university I am attending. As a single mother, it works out well for me. I realize my degree will just be the start of a long journey, but I'm sticking with it. When I enter my chosen field, it will give me the insight and experience to dertimine if this is truly my calling. As of right now, I feel it is. There are alot of bitter nurses out there and I would like to figure out why before I get too far into debt. God only gives us what we can handle. |
