K well I have a situation for you all.


We have several, and by several I mean almost half of our nursing staff, who just pretty much suck



  • too many breaks

  • long breaks

  • incompetent

  • DNS does not trust some of them to work short or different areas

  • "auto pilot nurses"

  • jaded beyond belief.

And yet they just fired someone for some bogus reasons, which I believe was only because she did not fit in their silly little "circle". She was actually one of the nurses I would have trusted to care for me or my family, more than I can say for most of the rest of the staff.


Any thoughts?

Well, I guess I would have to see if it was possible for me to explore a new place of employment.  If not possible, Just do your job and take satisfaction in knowing you are one of the good ones.
