Posted over 3 years ago So, should Obama be trying to get the Olympics for Chicago in 2016? Is this a priority for the country while so much else is going on? I know there are pros and cons, what does anyone else think? Claire Kruszka |

Posted over 3 years ago No, he shouldn't be making tjis a priority when he have men and women dying overseas and starving in our on country. But then again, he does a lot of things he shouldn't do, and doesn't do a lot of things he should do. ~ Laugh as much as you breath and love as long as you live ~

Posted over 3 years ago A gay man may make an awesome president. We haven't had such good luck lately with the straight ones. ~ Laugh as much as you breath and love as long as you live ~

Posted over 3 years ago Sev............I said in another post "I hope you get a gay president"...........I should have saved that for this thread! Im glad the Olympics wont be in Chicago, It just shows how his priorities are messed up! What a dork. I wonder how Oprah felt? We only have one heart, take care of it! Angie

Posted over 3 years ago Lets do away with the Olympics like they are now, and start up another Olympic style event, that actually uses amateur athletes. Athletes used to have to pay for their own training and travel to events to get ready for the Olympics, now they are sponsored by all the major sporting good and shoe manufactures, not to mention the big corporate giants. To me that sounds like profesionals. NBA players in Basketball, NHL players in hockey....yes that is amateur alright. Nursing demands extremely high ethics red44pc@yahoo.com
