Are any hospitals out there willing to pay tuition for an LVN's LVN-RN online program?  I've heard that plenty of hospitals are willing to pay for RNs to get their BSNs, so I was wondering if any of them were also willing to get their LVNs promoted too...  Also, how long would it take to complete an online LVN-RN program if you were to go at full-time pace?
