Pre Reqs for LPN Queston

Posted about 1 month ago I am considering the LPN course at Stone Academyin East Hartford and I was wondering if they have any pre reqs that need to be taken before starting? I know the community colleges usually do but was unsure with a school like Stone Academy or Lincoln Tech. Any Help is appreciated!! |

| Posted 11 days ago Hi, You might need more or less of what I am going to list because all programs are different..but I hope I can help you!!! Intermediate Algebra if u haven't had it in the past 5 years. Biology-if u haven't had it in the past 5 years, itd be a prereq to Anatomy and physiology Anatomy and physiology part one and two with lab. Microbiology with lab Sociology, psychology, human growth and development, Chemistry-if u haven't had it in the past 5 years Communication-oral and written and some others u might need is... statistics, logical and critical thinking, intro to computers, nutrition...just see if u can go online to the school and find their nursing program it should list all the classes u need.. | Posted 10 days ago In New Jersey, no prerequsites except current CPR & first aid certifications (at our county vocational school) Must be age 17 and a high school grad. |

| Posted 10 days ago Here at our local community college; For the LPN program College English 101 Intro to Human Biology 3 credit (or A &P 4 credit) a 1 credit Micro Class Intermediate Algebra Sociology Psychology My extensive military knowledge is not limited to just being in line at the commissary, I also have extensive military knowledge of the 'Class Six'. |

| Posted about 21 hours ago You should contact that school and find out. Some programs have the Prereqs built in the program and some dont. |
