Posted over 3 years ago INGREDIENTS 150 grms chicken breast( bone] 1 egg 50 grams bread crumbs 2 cherry tomatoes 10 grms thyme 1 parsely sprig(for garnish) salt and pepper to taste french fries- for deep frying METHOD Slit chicken lengthwise and marinate with thyme, salt and pepper. Coat evenly with egg then breadcrumbs. Deep fry in hot oil till golden brown. Drain and serve with garnish of cherry tomatoes, parsley and french fries
