Poll: Should I get an attorney or just pay the money back

I have been working with access nursees for 11 months and during this last contract they overpayed me a significant amount of money without my knowing.  They told me if I signed another contract with them they would call it a bonus. Unfortunately I had already signed with another company so now they want me to pay the money back. Do I have any right to keep the  money or am I really going to have to pay it back?

Come on, you know the answer here. They gave you more money than you were owed, you give it back. Keeping it is theft, and thinking you deserve to keep it is the same thing.

Capt Eric agrees with Capt patchemup - and I am an attorney (but this does NOT constitute lagal advice - just common sense).

If they had UNDERpaid you you would rightly expect them to pay up.

First off, if it WAS a significant amount of money, how the heck did you not know?????

Second......DUH! The answer is obvious, you cant keep that money!

I would definately return everything back. Not because of the whole Karma thing some people will tell you but because it is the right thing to do.
