Can anyone help me find some good CNA schools in the southern area of New Jersey? Are 4 weeks long programs just as good as longer programs? Thank you in advance!

Hi!

Before I retired I was the NJ Dept. of Health attorney who regulated the CNA program. The length of the training is mandated by regulation. Your best bet is to find a Long Term Care facility that is hiring - facilities that are approved by the State hold the CNA classes right at the facility - you don't have to pay. They will train you and you will get your certification while working there.

Good luck!

Thank you very much for the answer. I will look for facilities who conduct programs in my area like you suggested.
