I realized that being a sun, a star, a planet, or a comet was undoubtedly complicated.  There are such things as maintaining a steady orbit while not intercepting and colliding with others.  Overcoming the gravity of other systems and not collapsing under one's own weight would be crucial, it seemed.

How anchoring to devour the precious photography of these stellar events without being spun into a precarious orbit, (like the costly cameras that immortalize this drama).

Turning off the computer, I went about my business.  Suddenly, I was overcome with gratitude for two things often overlooked.  The two things are human powers..."balance" and "dexterity."  I didn't remember ever appreciating these before.  But how would we function without them?  Equilibrium balance enables our physical movement against gravity.  Digital dexterity lets us use our hands and feet to accomplish daily life tasks.

Such huge, ever-present blessings invoke my true Thanksgiving!
