Well there is a bit of a difference between A CNA and a MA. CNA's mostly work in Nursing Homes, and can work as Home Health Aides.

Most times as a CNA you will be taking care of mainly elderly paitents.
Some Duties include but not limited to...

1. Bathing/Showering residents
2. Getting them Dressed
3. Helping with Feeding
4. Sometimes Addressing Spiritual needs
5. Taking Vitals
6. Paitent Transfering

Thats some of the duites a CNA Does. I think with a MA, dont you work most times at a doctors office? Im not sure exactly what an MA does--can you shead some light on the MA side of things?

I work as an LNA in VT in an Adult day care. I do a lot of PT, showers, feeding, and I also do medications. This includes BS checks, insulin injection and giving water through a G-tube. I would not be able to do these things in a nursing home though.
