I cannot believe that this rumor is still out there. How can something like this ever get started to begin with? Cancer strikes far too many people in this country including family members of those in government. Would never happen for something like this to not get out. Besides, one cure for all cancers? Come on guys.

well this topic must be severly controversial for some, and i want you to know cd, that there was no intentions what so ever to offend anyone, and it sounds like you are a tad distraught about this. However, if this is what is really happening and it would advance a possible cure for this disease, then the government should not be hiding something of that nature, or anything remotley close to the "rumor", which by the way, has it been confirmed as a rumor. No offense now, remember. And I believe that if this is really going on the reason charlita, would be the pharmacies make a huge profit from supplying the physicians the medications and treatments for cancers. They are so banking. Why would the government being the money hungry society that they are, prohibit any type of money bring- in such as this. Because they would loose out big time, and then there would no longer be a need for a doc. So if it has been proven that an alkaline atmosphere would help prevent illnesses, then why can't this be true for cancer, i know there are several types, but if this can lead to one cure, it can lead to more...

Im not to sure what you mean??? i heard this from an ex-paramedic... he is really smart. but since i was on here i thought i would ask... cause i didnt quite understand.. when did this start... like i mean this theory... so i guess it isnt true... and my aunt will die of cancer..huh...man that sucks cause i thought for a second we may have found the answer..my god, so i was believing an utter lie....im really confused because until i entered the medical feild this year i have never heard of this...y??? well, i guess next time, i wont believe it til i see it and get all excited for nothing.. thanks for bringing the light to my eyes..talk to you later

lfograd. there is no theory, no research. There is no cure for cancer that is being hidden by the government period. This is just something that pops up from time to time the same way stories pop up that there was no holocaust or that we have men from other planets living on earth with us.

Char - I've often thought teenagers have some alien life form 'take over' their human form for several years. My oldest son just recently displayed at 22 he finally can hold an 'adult' conversation with me without acting like I'm waaay out of touch - My youngest is nearly 14 and aliens have just started taking over... I think the government should have some kind of vaccine hidden but they're not telling us. Da Momb - Cool! that puts a smile on my face too - I have three kids, boy, girl, boy - and I swear the boys also learn a new language at about 14, a series of 'grunts' when asked a question or being drawn into conversation... Only the other day my friend, also a mother of teen boys and I put on a little verbal display of the few most prominent 'grunts', ie:the where have you been? grunt response, or the' hello' grunt, etc My eldest son doesn't believe he was like this but his siblings soon reminded him otherwise... we all had a big laugh! You would think, however, that we would have some better method by now for curing some cancers. We can get to the moon, do brain surgery without damaging anything, so why have scientists - with all the research they have - not been able to attack damaging cells?

I knooooow that it is WAAAAAAY easier said than done but I don't think the cure is that far off the horizon.
