This is just a simple invite to write or express your experiences at work-wheter you are a GN-RN-LPN-CNA-NP. whatever it may be, I have been sooo inspired by this fourm. All of you, bring to the table experience, support, inspiration, and love. Even some of the negative posts i have seen turn out positive by the responses they recieve. The reason i want to get this going is to acknowlege all the little details we may miss during a busy work day at work that might have offended, hurt, ingnored or on the other end.. a positive experience that may have encouraged, inspired or supported someone else to do the same. Something we all my not even realize we do until we reflect. I have  also used alot of what i have learned(taken in) on this forum while at work and i do feel a difference in me. Which is where it needs to start. Remember the commercail (think is was a insurance commercial) of someone seeing a good deed and inturn they continued the chain reaction. This is what i am hoping for here.Instead of seeing it-write it threw your experiences(neg or positive) So plz share and care with all to make a difference. God Bless and thanks to all.                           KIM   ya know-i have only been a member for a a little more than a week and already feel????excepted!!! That is so huge for me. One more thing, I just want eveyone to know how important every one around us are. Every roll should be acknowleged. Trust me when i say that a simple smile, thank you or great job-goes such a long way.
