How long do you have to work in your LPN field before you can bridge as an RN? Just curious. I will be IV certified once I finish school and pass my boards. Do you think it would help my chances of me bridging as soon as possible?

Depends on your state laws, but (in New Jersey) I had two friends in nursing school who had difficulty with the courses, so switched to LPN school - they graduated (top of their class) and immediately started the bridge progeram. They are now both successful RN's.
