Hi my name is Sherry and I am having a very hard time finding work as  a LPN in Louisa, Ky. I have used the internet, paper, walk in and faxed my resume. It has been 2 months and nothing.Is their something else I can do? I'm ready to give up nursing and find a new profession !!!

I hear you. I was very fortunate to get a job in a hospital 6 yrs. ago. Seems like all the hospitals in my area are phasing out LPN's.  The one I work in has made several cuts and they always start with the LPN's. Here in Ohio, the only LPN jobs are in nursing homes (in fact, even those are in short supply). Good Luck
