Anyone else besides me utterly sick of daylight savings time? Why do we screw up our circadian rhythms every 6 mos? Everytime my body gets in sync with the time change, its time to change it. isn't this unhealthy. I've had insomnia since Sunday with the latest time change.

YES, I agree.  I live in Indiana, we were one of the few states that didn't change our time up until a few years ago.  I hate it!!!  I never sleep well the first night worrying that I don't havethe clock set correctly, etc.  It makes no sense to me really.  We were fine without it for all of those years!

A friend of mine lives in Salem Indiana. When I used to call her, I'd worry thinking I was calling her late. She's always remind me that the state didn't follow Daylight savings time, and I was not calling too late. I think Daylight saving time is set up for school children. It eliminates them having to go to school in the dark . I think its ridiculous.

That's funny, Claire.  When we first went to daylight savings we were told it was to give us an extra hour of daylight in the summer....hmmm...but wouldn't we really need that xtra hour in the winter when in Indiana it starts getting dark at around 4pm???  Even on daylight savings, my daughter gets on the bus for several months when it is still dark out.  Makes no sense at all.

Try Indiana, where some counties use it, some do not, and they are split into TWO different time zones!

I forgot all the the time change, until, I heard it on the radio, i forgot to set my clock forward didn't mark it on my calendar. I woke up, on time. I was tired the first week, it was set forward. I was wondering was Kokomo, Indianna, uses Daylight saving times?
