Posted over 5 years ago Someone please tell me how this point system works. I would really love for someone to tell me how my points go down. Yes, down. For the second time my profile completeness score has gone down. My profile could not be anymore complete, yet twice, my score has gone down. I give up. |

| Posted over 5 years ago CDNurse, When we update the site with a new feature that generates points, it changes the algorithm for points. Recently, we updated our "Login and Registration" page. We changed how we collect user location data. It used to be we that we collected city and state and now we just collect zip. Basically, we removed the city and state fields - we used to give users 1pt each for entering city and state. This would cause a drop for EVERYONE, but is should be NO MORE than 2 pts.
