Anyone out there who works in patient transport? Do you do surface or air and what region do you work in?

I worked for Air Ambulance, Inc. in San Carlos, CA many years ago and managed both the ground and flight transport.
I also worked for the Flying Doctor's Society in Nairobi, Kenya. The BBC actually had me return to Africa to do a docu-drama of a rescue of a landmine victim that I had done 5 years prior whilst working for the Flying Doctors. It was never aired here in the US but was in the UK. I loved it!
