Hi everyone..Happy holidays.
I have a question I hope someone can help me with....
I have gallbladder "sludge"....... some wall thickening.....
can you tell me what it is and what i should do? Dr. is being very vage.
On low fat diet, only attacks on occ. 4 total in last yr or so. but 2 in a row 2 weeks ago on same morning, had US and it showed sludge and some wall thickening......thanks for all your help advice and all the fun here...Vic

If I were you, I'd insist on seeing a surgeon and have it done laparoscopically. Sludge, little teeny tiny stones, sort of like finely ground gravel, mixes with the bile in your gall bladder. Basically you have gall bladder disease and it needs to come out.
