There is an office manager in a corporate practice who is rude and abrupt to some patients and makes those patients feel uncomfortable in the office.She is nice and pleasant to the other doctor's patients. What can I do? I no longer work in the office, the patients call me all the time. The manager said she is not rude,there just have been to many complaints. I discussed it with the medical assistant she is afraid to say anything the doctor said she is not my employee. I have tried talking to the individual question she blows me off, I am not her supervisor. The patients due to the sensitive dx. do not want to draw attention to themselves.  Help!
