Hi - Taking Prereq's now for the Nursing Program

Posted over 5 years ago Hello everyone! I am getting prepared for the Nursing program. I am an MA right now and did work as a home health aide in California so I have nursing home experience and that didn't scare me off from being an RN. I can't believe I waited this long to become a nurse but I know that I am finally ready to do it. Would love to hear from any of you with any advice for a newbie! Thanks! |

| Posted over 5 years ago Hi! I'll also start my prerequisite this Spring semester (Math and Chem). So excited to prepare for the nursing program. Wish you all the best and hang in there! I'm a CNA and it's not an easy job but....I LOVE IT! |

| Posted over 5 years ago Hi! I will be starting my prerequisites soon as well. I am a little apprehensive but eager to get started. Are you doing yours online or going to class? Will you be moving to a university later on for your bsn or are you going straight into the BSN program? |

I did do my classes last quarter online, but now I am into the science classes and can't do those online. I am going for my AA. Maybe get my BSN later. Not sure. Just want to become a nurse first then worry about the degree's later. |
