Posted almost 3 years ago " In response to the student nurse,expressing concern for the lack of support from the instructor: ***Don't let down your guard.Of course,the majority of time in any medical-affiliated program you're going to feel / be nervous,"you have someone's life in your hands". It takes a lot of time,patience and concentration on your part to put what you've learned together. ** No one is going to give you all of the answers,all of the time,especially when the time arises for ,"critical-thinking",on your part is required.The instructor is there to,"provide the plan of care"; **It is your responsibility to,"get it together">someday,you will be glad he / she did." |
